|| Ben honestly is such a good bean. I love Ben a lot and I enjoy the threads we're writing so, so much. Whenever something from Ben pops up on my dash, I'm dropping whatever I do to read (lmao).

Also, he is such a nice and pleasant person to have around. I love chatting to Ben in Discord and I love whenever we just throw stuff about our muses at each other's heads! Also his replies are like? A+ material. Like, for real. It's just so good and I love his interpretation of Ethan so, so very much. (It feels like I'm repeating myself here lol but I just cannot say this enough!).

My friend, I'm forever ♥ing our stuff and you as a person! I'm thankful I was allowed to meet you AND was lucky to start RPing with you!

for a minute there, alcina is only met with silence, but donna's sheer panic nearly fills the room. she hadn't meant it in any sort of way, but alcina was always so kind to her. and when she wasn't being kind, she was usually helping donna get her head back on straight, which the woman would always appreciate. people were too delicate with her sometimes, she thought, like she was made of porcelain like one of her dolls, and she appreciated that alcina didn't tiptoe around it when she was being... well... unreasonable. it was like having the big sister she had always wanted, and yes, she did love alcina for it. but why had she gone and said it?!

"..." as much as she wants to speak, to defend herself or make a joke or something, the words just don't come. it feels like her throat has closed up with her anxiety, her entire body rigid, and she can only manage an awkward shrug.

"yeah, she said it!" and here comes angie to save the day, her sheer volume almost making donna wince. "and she meant it too!! so come on, say it back!"

Moving as quietly as she could in the darkness, Roisin slipped another important-looking science device into her bag. Before all this, she would have sneered at the thought of stealing in any capacity- but this was different. 

They can’t take more of this. No. No more.

She couldn’t let those people do anymore damage. 

Of course she had... overheard- over-read? ...Roisin knew bits and pieces of what had happened outside the village. She could still feel the moment her blood ran cold learning that the outside-folk succeeded in making more monsters- and they were getting better at it. 

She froze for a moment as she heard a floorboard creak behind her, hand outstretched to take something else that looked essential. Holding her breath, she cautiously squinted at the spot it originated, only daring to move again once she was sure that it was just the sound of the house settling. 

Too many nerves, tá.

The only sound in the room now was the quiet clinking of equipment as Roisin felt for more with her taloned hands, her mind sinking back into the fog of thoughts again.

before miranda,  alcina was a relatively high-ranking romanian noblewoman.   she was initially a countess after her father’s death,  but other members of house dimitrescu successfully contested her leadership  ( because she was an unmarried woman )  and stripped from her the countship,  the castle,  and her family’s winery.   all she retained when the dust cleared was some hereditary wealth and the title of lady.   from there,  she moved in with her maternal family in bucharest and purchased a much smaller winery,  then set to work improving on and eventually perfecting house dimitrescu’s winemaking techniques.   eventually,  much to her satisfaction,  she was making more money on her much improved version of sanguis virginis than the house dimitrescu winery,  and she accrued enough wealth to resume her childhood interest in scientific experimentation  —-  this time,  experimentation of the live human variety.

on top of that,  alcina became a well-known socialite in the bucharest party scene.   she can tell you all about the wild parties that raged even during the height of the great war.   she’s seen more than her fair share of drugged up nobles,  politicians,  and businessmen and witnessed enough embarrassingly uncouth behavior to blackmail most of the eastern european elite.   whenever she arrived,  alcina was the life of the party and the center of attention for her beauty and charisma,  and she more than recovered from her reputation as a disgraced noblewoman and so-called spinster.   by the time she sought out mother miranda,  alcina was practically living the life of her dreams,  but her lust for revenge against the family members who stole nearly everything from her and the worsening symptoms of her blood disease outweighed her comfort in her regular life.

|| I do have some contact with Ducky via Discord, and while I know that some anon previously said Ducky seems to be a bit 'unfriendly' (? Idk how to say it) I can say that this is not the case. She just knows what she wants and does not want, and has been around long enough to sort out the stuff that's not making her happy here on Tumblr, which is a-okay and actually encouraged for mental health reasons tbh.

So I can only say that Ducky is a nice person and, as far as I can tell, she puts a lot of love into her female muses. She deserves more interaction with other RPers who really should give her a chance. Also, she does incredibly good crafting stuff? Very talented. Also, very talented at making graphics (-heart eyes at my promo-).

You’re good Ducky. Some people may have a hard time, but that’s just how it is. You’re still valid, a good person, and you deserve the best.

|| Oh gosh okay wow… there’s so many… I like this one weird duck ( @whelvedsecrets ) but I’m sure you know of them already… but I also really appreciate @mrwesker ‘s style! They have a charming way with words that makes their stuff pretty enjoyable to read! Also @amanmolded ‘s style is v sexy (natch) and pulls you into his characters. And also @metalbound is just extremely fabulous and their Heisenberg is just a delight, even when angsty things happen! 👀

|| For the second one it’s kinda tricky! Naturally there’s yourself with all your lovely ladies (uwu) but I also appreciate other people’s OCs out there like @oculiusxcaeruleis and @brontescmplx because they just get so deep into lore and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty for some interesting relationships/interactions to develop!

|| Again, You, Ben, and L are all very friendly and I appreciate and love you- but also @canonfoddcr is so funny? We’ve only spoken a tiny bit on my OC blog but they always end up making me laugh being all meme city over here! 😂 I hope to get to talk to you guys again soon 👀
