how did you lose 4 lbs in one week?! I'm looking to trim off some weight too...I was just wondering what you did to have such success?

Well, I've been seeing a nutritionist. What I've been doing is just eating a lot of protein (chicken, eggs, etc) and you absolutely have to watch your calories. Drink a lot of water and cut out a LOT of junk food. The low fat/fat free food is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Carbs are a big issue, and they are alright, but just not a lot of them, you know? 

I would start by doing like a meal replacement and just kind of eating an entire meal of just protein a day (like grilled chicken and veggies or baked fries NOT FRIED) and other things like that. I promise it'll work. You just have to watch what you eat really (: Exercise doesnt hurt either, especially if you play a sport, it should be really easy.

"I've played since junior high." His grin widens as he stands up from the set and walks towards you. "That's sick. I'm Ashton, by the way..."
