Cross Training: INSANITY!!
It was gross outside (surprise Atlanta weather) and since I took my rest day on Wednesday, I had to to cross training today. It was a combo of cardio and plyos. We did triceps dips also...my triceps are non-existent, so every dip was painful. But a good painful :)
Tomorrow is a long run, 13 miles. Problem is that the weather is stinky in the morning (again, surprise) so hopefully it clears up in the afternoon!
