Dorian walked up behind Alice and slowly put his arms around her and kissed her cheek. "Hello, my dear," he mused before nuzzled his nose into her hair and smiling.

Alice's smile widened and she turned around and pulled Dori to her for a kiss. "Hello, Love" She purred softly and wrapped her arms around him.

Alice had been fairly indifferent to the Holiday. Decorating because it was fun to spruce up the shop, but the day of love hard hardly ever brought her joy. In fact a few days before it one year was the day everything went wrong. Her heart skipped a beat however, at the flowers. They were so gorgeous... Then as she read the poem, tears welled in her eyes, however they were joined by a smile.

The letter enticed them even more... she wasn't bitter about the holiday, she just never expected much from it. The fact that Dorian had gone to so much trouble was shocking for her. And the poem... words from his heart... it brought the shop keeper to tears. Happy tears, of course, one should not be mistaken.

Love is in the Air! (Dori&Alice)

Alice had awoken early, which was strange for her but she always enjoyed decorating her shop and she had plans to decorate it for Valentines. She already knew were most decorations were going to go even. However it was still one of her favorite things to do. Making the stop look pretty. Pink hearts adorned the counter. White hearts was what she was working on putting up around where the ceiling met the wall.

The blonde flat out refused to use red hearts. Pink was bad enough but red was not going to happen. There was red in the letters but her shop focused on the pinks and whites of the holiday with a bit of purple and accents of red mixed in. Little ornaments for the tables sat on the counter, one a hanging one for her special table int he back. However her mind wandered as she leaned over to put up another bit of the hearts. Will I get to celebrate with someone this year? She had Dori now... sort of. What were they? But would be want to celebrate with her?
