Just helping my son with his homework tonight! He's doing virtual classes with the awesome staff at #whetstonehighschool, and his PE teacher assigned them what? 🏃🏻🎒 That's right: #rucking! They're to do a total of three miles and track it for the first week of PE. Mr. Iquina at WHS knows what's up, for sure. So Duncan and I headed out for a mile or so after I got home from martial arts last night. Another awesome ruck with my number one guy today! Just a smidge under four miles, me with 31# and he with 23#. He was sporting every one of the patches he's earned, especially his new #quarantinestarcourse Biohazard patch. We made sure to take a route that included stopping by #whetstonehighschool, the school that has been an awesome move for him. #whsbraves 🎒🇺🇸 Saw some other ruckers on the path today, too, right around the entrance to Northmoor Park! Today, we finished the Whetstone High School community mural in the cafeteria of the school. Thank you especially to David Brown and @harmonycolumbus for providing the opportunity to paint murals in 3 Columbus schools in one week. I feel fortunate to have been able to work with so many wonderful volunteers, artists and students during this event.
