i’m not sure how i feel about sagas of sundry: madness yet, but the way they portray mental struggles and how they can somtimes manifest inside your mind seem like genuine attempts of actually portraying mental health issues and not just “everyone with mental health problems are bad people™”
though sagas of sundry is a game of dread, which is always a present feeling, even the symbolism of the jenga pieces and how pulling out one and one piece to rebuild the tower will always put you in danger of making it all crumble - that is very relatable and it visualizes how nerve-wracking it can be to try and mend yourself and move on from past experiences
there are definitely some elements to the show that wrinkles my nose, but rn i’m intrigued to keep watching
