I'm very pleased with how it came out
Just to have something on it immediately, here is my lad, Whirlwind Rush.
He is a very chipper fellow who takes deep enjoyment in the world around him. Rain or shine, he'll either be doing loops under storm clouds or soaking in sun rays.
He acts as the sole weather pony for a wilderness outpost outside of equestria's borders, in a forest with all kinds of species of tree grown to the size of sequoias. The forest is also full of strange creatures and phenomenon, looked into by him and his coworkers coworkers.
