@sidecarpdx Check out Sidecar 11 on N. Mississippi. Wonderful and amazing selection of fine liquors that they will use to carefully craft your amazing cocktail with. Check this Madiera from 1920. I chose the $22 Manhattan, because if you put that out there, I am going to have to try it. I loved and felt it was worth the "investment". I recommend going here instead of the snobby pants Multnomah Whiskey Library, this is more enjoyable and much more accessible. You won't have a long line and you will be welcomed, not disregarded.
