Rhett liked the Sombrero. It was like being close to home without actually having to deal with, well, with his family if he was honest. He never really got along with the rest of his family and kept them at arm's length. But when it came to games, he was good at Dominoes, specifically 42, which is what he was playing at the table. He had a nasty reputation around the bar for absolutely dominating even the older people at this particular game. As he won the last round, he glanced over to the person who was sitting down, "I think the table's hot today, even if that's a casino phrase, it works here too."

The things about Alison Lee was that she was a June Watson super fan. She had sat online for three hours last year to secure concert tickets that cost her more than she was willing to admit. So the little gemshow and jewelry show was more than up her ally, so to speak. Not to mention that she liked that it was all locally sourced and made by native makers. It made it expensive, but that was cost of authenticity, she supposed. Looking at some earrings she said, "I like the colors in these. But there are some really cool bracelets and rings too. Choices, choices."

Rhett paused, glancing over the flowers. He selected a bundle and then moved onto getting some of the raw honey and a few other items. The dog was at his side, ever the statue. She was a little nicer these days but not by much, and she still wore her collar that said ASSHOLE on it. As someone tried to hand him something, Puff snapped at them, and he choked a laugh. Okay, so maybe not as nice as he was thinking. "She's not a fan of..." he strained to read the flyer they were handing out, and he couldn't see what it was. "Whatever musical production or politician they're trying to cop out here today. Two weeks ago she did the same thing some guy trying to sell carpet cleanings."
