it wouldn't be the complete truth if one would assume felix is looking for trouble. contrary to popular belief, he doesn't thrive off actually causing inconvenience to others. even if the inconvenience in question is almost always in good nature, the boy would still deny it vehemently. he is just curious by nature, and maybe, just maybe, he has a tendency to get bored very easily. boredom in question is the wedding tonight, and after the ceremonies are over, and there is not much left to do, he itches to leave and do something else. slowly slipping away from the main crowds, his eyes look around to see if he can find a partner in crime for the night, and mentally, goes through the list of locations that were recommended to him in the past week. luckily, he is confident enough that he won't be missed as a spanish royal, for he has been here long enough as is proper. as he walks to the outskirts, he spots the person he has met only briefly, and decides to take his chances. "hello sultana — how have you been?" a smile spreads across his face, and before she can doubt his motivations, he lays them bare immediately. "would you like to go on an adventure, by any chance?"

it isn't always that noi does favors out of the goodness of his heart. or well, that's how he believes himself to be. the topic of his loyalties has always been tricky, but most of his actions usually either have a motive behind it, or he does it because of how much he wants to do it himself. what he is adamant about doing now falls between the latter and something akin to a favor. though if one were to ask genjirou about it, noi isn't sure the man would necessarily see it as a favor. this does not matter, he is still hellbent on doing it. "come on, i swear it's going to be fine —" noi drawls as he pulls genjirou the rest of the way to dawit's hall. the last hurdle of actually entering the building proves to be more of a challenge, so nimble fingers wrap around his wrist, and quickly pull him to the great halls. "there is no one here, i promise. and if you don't want to do it on the main stage, there are other rooms within that we can just work there." his hand drops from his wrist and he leads them to the room with the main stage. "which one would you like? and, although this would be much better with someone playing music — no one else but me is going to be here for now." if there is a hint of exasperation at how much he is trying to convince him, he manages to push it down. instead, a cattish grin spreads across his face. ""i'm sure you'll do just fine." about to tease. all in good-nature, of course. "you have a really good teacher, ojisan."

she  falls  back  into  the  rhythm  with  ease  ;  contrasting  chaos  with  calm  ,  for  others'  benefit  .  in  spite  of  a  continuously  pounding  heart  ,  and  fear  gnawing  at  her  stomach  .  nails  rapping  against  the  table  ,  isra  replays  the  bedlam  in  the  grand  jury  hall  ,  hoping  to  achieve  any  sort  of  understanding  of  the  tangled  mess  left  in  its  wake  .  but  the  memory  ebbs  into  the  background  when  she  hears  approaching  footsteps  .  reflexively  ,  she  sits  up  ,  offering  a  warm  smile  to  @classiqals  @flcralhaze  @umitvar  @verenduss  @monarhrh    @whispcrings  , "  how  can  i  help  ?  don't  be  shy  now  .  "  almost  a  joke  ,  or  ,  rather  ,  an  attempt  at  bringing  levity  .

his movements are frantic, as he finally finishes up on most of the patients in the wing, and goes through his mental list of loved ones. now that he is not in a physician's mindset anymore, the panic ebbs through. the urge to check if everyone is alright pulses in his chest, made all the worse by the terrible injuries he has seen today. once he is sure he is done at the infirmary, he leaves, hoping to find akshay. it takes a bit longer than he would have liked, and once he spots their back, his steps quicken even more. "akshay —" he starts, and his hands itch to touch, to turn them around to see if they are alright. however, not wanting to spook him, he doesn't do any of those things. "are you well? you weren't hurt today- were you?" there are specks of blood on phai's robes, stained a dark copper. none of them belongs to him. he doesn't want to think of those injuries, and fears finding them on his friend.

while it is the last thing yura ever wants others to find out, they have been avoiding the tsarina as much as they could. being the cause of katarina's injury is the source of his nightmares and guilt, and they feel more transparent than ever. as if a light could shine in a particular angle, and it would make all of their fears and secrets unravel. while it might be an exaggeration in some regards, yura also knows the tsarina has known them their entire life: she could most likely pick up on the lines of stress all over them, the shaking of their hands, the lack of sleep that could be seen by their undereye bags, the red sheen to their eyes from rubbing at them for too long. so, even if yura knows they are delaying the inevitable, they try to keep away from her path. it only works for a few days before they leave their room to head to the library, and see the tsarina also there in the living room. a brief bow of their head in an attempt to not let their face show, they try a neutral greeting. as if nothing is wrong. "tsarina —hello. i- was heading to the library. is... everything well on your end?"
