silver was capable of some insane shit but he could only hold so much at a time. and when he was under exceptionally severe strain, we always knew he was pushing himself too hard when his nose would start bleeding. using his psychokinesis required a lot of concentration. lifting too much required so much concentration it actually caused him physical pain...
the few times this happened, he'd sleep for like three days straight, and usually had migraines for days after that.
this didn't happen very often, for the record. it was exceedingly rare for a mission to go badly enough that he had to push himself that far. things almost never got that dire! but still, when it did happen, we worried about him
