Claire looked up at the woman she had bumped into -- physically, having not been paying attention as she rounded a corner. (In her defense, being on a crutch didn’t exactly help her to be the most agile person in the world.) The woman was a bit intimidating to her, though. She had seen her once... talking to Hank’s puffy haired friend about a corpse. Yikes. It hadn’t occurred to her that the woman could be a medical examiner, of course, making it even more odd.

“Um. Never mind. Sorry.”
