Books I’m reading: Haven’t been able to catch up on reading lately sadly, so most recent books I’ve read (that I can actually remember omg I have terrible memory) were, Tarkin by James Luceno, The Universe of Us by Lang Leav, and Peter Cushing: The Complete Memoirs by Peter Cushing.

002 Ezra :3

How I feel about this character:- Overall I really enjoy Ezra’s character, he’s really fun and interesting/ I especially loved him in season 1/2 when he was so innocent and willing to trust people before mistrusting. 

All the people I ship romantically with this character: With other Star Wars characters none really to be honest. 

My non-romantic OTP for this character: I really like the sibling relationship he has with Zeb, they often act a lot like I do with my siblings and it’s so much fun to watch. 

My unpopular opinion about this character: A possible unpopular opinion is that I really like his character. A lot of people dislike him because of his flaws but that’s what makes me like him so much. He also gets a lot of hate when he makes mistakes but to me that’s what makes him feel so real, we all make mistakes and so should fictional characters. 

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: I kind of wish he had more father/son moments with Kanan and that Hera would finally hug him! They’re practically like his adopted parents and I love those types of dynamics and wish we could see more of it in the show. 

my OTP: Hiro/Ezra hehe

my cross over ship: Hiro Hamada/Ezra. Kind of a long story as to how this happened, I was writing a fic for BH6 when I brought in some SWR characters and a friend started shipping them and it all went downhill from their. 

a headcanon fact: I majorly headcannon that because of his time on the streets, he cannon cook to save his life and that he doesn’t know what a lot of foods are even because he spent so much time stealing what he could.

@white-rainbowff re: this post: I checked with some forum buddies and got a chance myself to leaf through the two YA SW novels that just came out and wanted to let you know whether the Two Tubes Twins appear or not (unless of course you’d rather go spoiler-free before reading them! But here’s for anyone curious):

**very minor spoilers for Rebel Rising and Guardians of the Whills below the cut**

Saw and various Partisan groups are heavily featured in Rebel Rising, though neither of the Two Tubes Twins are mentioned.

In Chapter 7 of Guardians of the Whills, Chirrut and Baze have allied with the Partisans and ambush the Empire in Jedha City. Benthic is spoken to over a comlink and replies ("There was a click, then the staccato cluck and gurgle of one of Gerrera’s men, the Tognath named Benthic"), but outside of that one line neither of the Two Tubes Twins appear. Chirrut and Baze do interact with several other Partisans and their organization as a whole, though.

So, while we got very little of Benny and Eddie themselves, maybe all the world/background information on the Partisans in both novels would be useful for fic-writing purposes. (Also, “staccato cluck and gurgle” is a really fun and accurate description of their language and speech pattern! Though now I’m imagining them as six-foot-tall fighting gamecocks encased in cybernetics, lol)

The Old Admiral and the Sea

What would I write with that title?

I’m having visions of Piett having (somehow) survived Endor but having gone into (possibly forcible?) retirement on a planet with several oceans.

Sometimes he takes an old boat out on the sea. Nothing too fancy; something small that requires skill and effort to handle.

It helps to take his mind off of how things went wrong, everyone and everything he lost, and the way he was sidelined. Of course, those thoughts can’t be driven off forever...
