I love Tumblr and find amazing content on it daily, but people aren't joking when they say a lot of the users are fucking batshit. The only time it pisses me off when people say shit about my hair is when it's black girls on fucking Tumblr "white people only get dreads by not washing their hair" and they genuinely believe this to be true. "You're a dirty white bitch" when all i ever respond with is saying how much i love locs and find them beautiful. I understand that white people have disrespected your culture, your people, your values, etc. I am equally as disgusted by the history of this country and the treatment of your people still to this day. But absolutely not a single fiber of my brain can comprehend how screaming at me over my fucking hairstyle choice changes racism in this country. It makes you a shit person and that's it.
