Last night I had the great privilege to meet and train with GM Al Dascascos martial arts legend and father of the amazing and talented actor Mark Dascascos. I learned a lot about Wun Hop Kuen Do Kung Fu and it’s progressive learning methods. It was so much fun to be with other martial artists and just playing with principles and methods and learning about a whole different system of movement!!
