Bread Pudding with Wholemeal Loaf Bread 🍞🌾🍫
Long day but atleast I have bread
I got my friend to pick the ingredients and this is the result.
Even used my new bread stamp on it!
Had an early lunch of Vegetarian Rice with the usual curry mock mutton & potato plus another of my favourite, the creamy & sweet pork ribs and a stir-fry medley of eggplant, long bean and okra.
A bit later in the afternoon, sis asked if I wanted some Mushroom Soup with a Wholemeal Bun. Loved the creamy and earthy soup with chunks of mushroom in it and the bun to soak up the soup.
Complete fucking snack
Sardines on toast!
Yes I know, sardines aren't for everyone. But if you like them, you should eat them! They're highly nutritious and so yum.

Hace mucho que no paso por aquí y hoy lo hago con una receta muy fresquita y alejada del típico bizcocho 😙 La mezcla de lima y coco es genial y la textura tan jugosa te sorprenderá. Allá va! 📝Bizcocho de lima y coco 🍋🥥 🔶Ingredientes para un bizcocho de 6-8 personas 🔸125gr de yogur de soja de lima🔸3 medidas (1 vaso pequeño/ yogur) de harina de trigo integral🔸1 y media o 2 medidas de panela🔸1 medida de aceite de oliva suave 🔸2 huevos (de gallina, de lino o 1 plátano grande maduro (si usas plátano rebaja la cantidad de panela) 🔸2 cucharadas de coco rayado 🔸zumo de 1 lima🔸piel de 1 lima rayada🔸1 sobre de levadura química 🔸pizca de sal 🔷 Preparación 🔹mezclamos por un lado los Ingredientes secos y por otro los líquidos hasta tener las mezclas homogéneas🔹volcar la mezcla líquida sobre la seca y remover hasta que esté todo bien integrado🔹hornear a 180 grados unos 30-45 min dependiendo del tipo de molde 🔹para decorar por encima añadí zumo de una lima mezclado con panela tipo glasé y coco rayado 💫 Que aproveche!
