can you explain your thought process behind the reordering

despite its 1am and i should go to bed (you also!!), yes i can:

ok first of all. my real reason is that i think ttpd suffers from its size. and i love a lot of the songs but the album itself doesnt grip me. that being said, the story has great depth!

so firstly i tried to make it chronological. moving from suffering in the first relationship to feeling freedom / guilt / mania in the second one to the soul crushing melancholy of post-that, to the levity of the bonus tracks (things are ok now!)

secondly, i think ttpd needs to start with a bang. oh here we go again! but it ends with "will i always wonder?", trailing off. because, tbh, those are the themes! why didnt i see this coming/why is it happening again AND ALSO this life isnt a nice little story. its miserable and i dont know if this will ever happen again but my nature is to think and reflect and feel it! ghosts be haunting me! that being said, bonus tracks reflect the positives: i know who i am (the bolter), childhood innocence (robin), i feel good with someone who bringd levity to my life (so high school).

otherwise, i tried to keep the songs i liked the most, and the powerful punches to my gut lol. but there were also songs i loved that i cut rip. they can be on the second album. but i tried to get the existential needs in. that being said idk if i like my order yet i was just thinking abt it lots at the dentist today lol

EDIT: i did NOT take into account track 5 or track 13. which ik is crazy but it just felt. idk more important to do the chronology. whats crazy is that i think ttpd song as track 5 is the ANTI track 5, because its the most deluded track!

hello what is bitlife

It’s a life simulation game!! You can choose your name, what country you live in (or even just click randomise and it’ll choose for you) then you play as your “character.” You can go to school, get jobs, date people, go on vacations and stuff like that. You can even go to jail if you steal a car or something like that. 😂Then every once in a while a little thing will pop up with a scenario and you can choose what to do. Eventually though, you then die and you can play again as someone else.
