Patrick wakes up and yawns and attempts to stretch. He groans at the soreness in his body when he feels a soft set of lips on his shoulder blade and two callous hands massaging at his neck. He moans and smiles to himself. "Coffee?" William mumbles against his neck. 

"Please." Patrick grins, pecking him on the nose before he gets up and heads to the kitchen, still naked.
