A wellspring of works
Authors have officially been revealed as part of the @black-emporium-exchange. Once I've read a few more works I'll share a rec post, but overall I encourage people to go give the exchange a look-see. There are so many amazing, fresh works to be found.
Here are my contributions, ranging between little treats to longer works.
A fistful of marigolds
Merrill/Fenris, rated M, 4.8k
Merrill follows a trail of crushed marigolds and wonders how she'd gotten to a place where she and Fenris no longer argue as much.
A wellspring of hope
Bethany Hawke/Sebastian Vael, rated T, 10.5k
Bethany Hawke has to leave Kirkwall and soon. The remaining templars are up to something terrible and Marian wants her sister safe above all. Bethany decides to forge her own path forward, rather than living on the run. She turns to Sebastian Vael, hoping he can offer her some support in relocating to Starkhaven. What she finds there is a connection she never dared dream for, and hope for a future she could only ever imagine.
The way it was supposed to be
Female Trevelyan/Sebastian Vael, rated M, 7k
Lydia Trevelyan was given to the chantry at a young age. She picked Kirkwall, and became a chantry sister there in time. She grew up with Sebastian Vael, becoming close friends until the chantry explosion sent them down different paths.
Sebastian Vael never forgot about Lydia Trevelyan, knowing in his heart that her death wasn't how it was supposed to go.
The kindness of a stranger
Female Lavellan/Rylen, rated G, 1k
Nihra Lavellan makes her way to the conclave and encounters a kind human along the way.
Priority: Thedas
Cullen Rutherford/Female Shepard, rated T, 1k
Jane Shepard should have died in space, but instead wakes up in a primitive cell with a curious mark on her hand. Her priority is getting off the planet. The lack of technology isn't going to help matters at all.
At the heart of it
Female Trevelyan/Alistair, rated T, 1.2k
Evelyn Trevelyan managed to arrange a marriage between herself and Ferelden's king, but had no idea what to expect of the man.
They were roommates
Merrill/Carver Hawke, rated T, 1.3k
Carver Hawke finds himself without a job or a place to live. His sister graciously lends him her apartment, but neglects to warn him of her sweet, all-too attractive roommate.
Merrill knew Hawke's brother was moving in. She didn't know how cute he would be.
Lace leads the way
Lace Harding/Bram Kenric, rated M, 1.1k
Lace can't sleep and it seems like Professor Kenric's light is still on. Should she go have a visit?
