This is for @whoovesnassistant!! i wanna re-watch the series again after drawing this hahaha. its a shame on my part for never submitting art before, but anyways!! here’s Whistle Blower!! a fandesign of Scoop’s character from the most recent episode!! the design might change depending on if the cool peeps over on the blog have any specific things about him, but yeah!!! 

my one headcannon is that whistle blower is trans. thats it. trans and gay. hell yeah. oh!! and they also dye their hair a ton. HASKJHAS
