It's a SVSS and MDZS crossover. Start with Shen Yuan and Shang Qinghua running away together. They go beyond the area Shang Qinghua described and discover it is connected to MDZS. After they met Wei Ying, they decided to adopt him. Then there is a bit of a time skip to when Wei Ying goes to Gusu. I think it's Bingqiu and Moshang fic, but as far as I read, it's not focused on that yet.
