I know I was wrong. 100% wrong. Without question. But, I can't apologize and that's what sucks. If I do, I lose the kitchens respect. If I don't, I lose hers. It's a no win, but it's gotta be like this. This is a serious fucking issue and what sucks about being a chef sometimes. I submit in my defense tho, would you touch a pipe if it was burning red hot? No. So give the chef 10 after a difficult service. Trust me. They'll both burn you, so let it cool for a minute.
