test-eating at my chef’s new project called ‘what’s pizza’, an artisan-pizza place named and daughter company of what’s beef. i might have accidently eaten 10 pizzas because these authentic babies that could’ve been straight out of napoli were just something else. my faves were pizza bianca, an all cheese-pizza with no tomato at all that was lighter than expected and with a dough fluffier i could wish for, and pizza nutella, which explaines itself. oddly enough my food baby faded pretty quick afterwards and i had no usual post-fast-food-weirdness going on. these were probably the realest pizzas i’ve ever tasted.
