So I started playing Rune factory 4 over again, got to the second ending of the game, became lovers with Leon and then started waiting for his event to happen. So I waited and waited and after a while I wondered if there were any tricks to it, and as it turns out the trick to activate the event is NOT TO BE LOVERS WITH LEON AT THE TIME.
