I found out for the two new Ib endings you have to choose all the bad options, like letting Garry kick the mannequin head so that you could see the whole "Hanged Garry" thing.. I really hate doing this, Garry is my favorite so purposely driving him to the point of insanity (obviously you have to fail the doll room since his insanity leads to the new ends) will kill me. D;
Also I think an end where Ib stays behind while Mary and Garry escape would be interesting, since one of the options while talking to Mary is that Ib would let the two escape and sacrifice herself if it came to that. o3o
