Nicknames: Rob, Robs, Kitten
Birthday: April (let's just stick with April)
Time Zone: I actually don't even know what my time zone is called. Oops.
What time and date is it there: September 13th, and approx. 6:30.
Average hours of sleep I get each night: I'm pretty consistent with about 8 hours of sleep during the week, over the weekend it might be closer to 10 on averagfe. I can't function on too little sleep.
The last thing I Googled was: The bus times in my area. The schedule recently changed and I'm having a hard time getting used to the new schedule.
My most used phrase(s): I have to admit that I probably overuse "what the fuck" or just simply some version of "fuck". "Fuckity fuck fuck" seems to be a favorite of mine.
First word that comes to mind: Allegiant - I'm finally getting around to reading that book. It's sitting right in front of me and I'm going to read once I'm done this.
What I last said to a family member: I texted my mom a couple of days ago to let her know that I got the campus job that I applied for, so it was probably something along the lines of "WHOO! GOT THE JOB!"
Last thing said in person: I was just talking to one of my roommates about hating to have to wash my hair all of the time. I'm one of those people who has to shampoo everyday and it really gets to be a hassle.
Last thing said in text: I texted a friend asking how she was doing at her new school. She just transferred schools for her third year and I wanted to see how she was adapting. It said "Hey (friend)! How's (university) going for you so far? Missing (our university) yet?"
One place that makes me happy & why: Home. I know this is probably a pretty standard answer, but after experiencing going away for school and not being about to go home every weekend like my friends I have learned to appreciate home much more. I miss the comfy chair I would always curl up in and spend the day reading. I miss the pretty view of the ocean. I miss my extremely comfortable and not squeaky bed.
How many blankets I sleep under: | would rather have the house be cold and pile up my bed with blankets, so at any given time there are at least two (including my comforter), but in the dead of the winter I'll probably have at least three or four blankets on my bed.
Favorite beverage(s): Milk. Chocolate milk, white milk, whatever.
The last movie I watched in the cinema: Lucy - Slightly disappointing, actually.
Three things I can’t live without: My family/friends. Books or some sort of reading material (really well fanfiction works too). Me time. I am an introvert so I always need that time to recharge after being around people for too long.
Something I plan on learning: I've always wanted to know multiple languages. I've taken French all through junior high and high school, but I don't pretend to be an expert whatsoever. Eventually, I would like to improve my French-speaking skills, as well as learn to learn at least one or two other languages. It would make travelling easier (which I plan to do...someday) and would simply be a fun challenge.
A piece of advice for all my followers: Believe in what you can do. Know that you really are smart enough to get into the university of your choice. Believe that you can get an A+ on your paper. Know that you can move away from home and be fine. You can achieve all that you want to do and become all that you can be.
As someone coming from an extremely small town where our education was pretty lax I understand how hard it is to make that jump. It's hard to go from being so sheltered to being faced with so many different people and opportunities. It took me a while to realize that all I need to do is put my mind to something and really TRY and I can succeed. You don't need to be the best, you just need to be the best that you can be.
...And that got a little ranty. Sorry guys.
You all have to listen to this song: Fuck. Okay. One of my friends and I make each other playlists quite often and I got in shit for not introducing her to Halestorm (which she later discovered on her own). I'm not recommending any particular song, just them in general.
