Attention Superstar Gymnasty friends: @carlpaoli @davedurante @sb_phillips @cleverhandz @ingridkantola I have been trying to figure out the backwards roll on the rings for a loooooong time! Every time I get close, I chicken out! I can do them strict on #theringthing , I can do them kipping with a band, but when I take the band away I seem to wuss out every time! I am terrified of missing it and ripping my shoulders off. Do I just need to man up and go for it? Should I try lighter and lighter bands?
