Isolation
It's restrictive, lacking contact from all those that I care
It's vindictive, showing me all the memories I can't share.
It's descriptive, scrawling details on the back of my skull.
It's addictive, what's happening; hard to be undone.
It's exhausting, defrosting my lips to say hello.
It's enticing, splicing my life into the unknown.
It's a nightmare, unaware of what I'm seeing,
It's right there, sinking into it is freeing.
