As Quade touched on, Whydunnits and MITHs are often two sides of the same coin.

Since I’m working a bit on Save the Cat! stuff in general and the Monster in the House vs the Whydunnit genres in particular I’m surfing around looking for ideas. 

I ran into this comment by Rachel T. on the Save the Cat community forum and it’s a goldmine for people who are into this stuff. It’s a compare and contrast list between the MITH and WD genres.
