Somehow you still decide to stay by me. My perception of myself is distorted, as far as I'm concerned every mirror I see myself in belongs in a never-ending abyss. I know it doesn't make sense because most would say I'm just fine the way I am, you always seem to love me, but it doesn't stop me from finding faults in my reflection. On top of this, I find it hard to speak. Not just to you but to anyone, it seems suffocating really. To be having myself asserting is just not a strong point of mine. Never was anyways. Most ot the days when I have something to say, words seem to have stuck down my throat, choking. Pangs of anxiety and nervousness seem to have wrap themselves onto my vocal cords, squeezing. Even forming a sentence becomes an intense workout that I'd most probably not succeed in, like these days now. Despite all that, you still stick around me, putting up with me & look out for me eventhough there are other important matters to attend or worth your time. You treat me like I matter. And maybe, now that I think of it, I've just put you through loads of struggles, I apologize & thank you for not giving up.
