Eyes had been watching around for anything that could be considered strange or off.  Coming back to the city had been a bit of a chore with some of the faces he had run into.  Some old friends and some new, but things were turning into trouble a bit too quick.  These NPC things were bothersome, and he could only be thankful he was pretty much a new face.  Didn’t mean he’d end up being a target.  His eyes did catch someone of interest.  A woman’s who had skin far from normal.  It appeared that she was too cold to be outside or a walking corpse.  That’s what his eyes would see, but he would be able to see deeper into that.  Just what kind of training did she go through?

Walking over to the woman, Train may as well do some work.  If she was new, she wouldn’t have much.  How quick this city would be to judge, people may thing she has some crazy power or something.  Now that he thought about it, this could be far more dangerous than he would like.

“Soooo ~ You new here?  Quite a city, huh?”

AMELIE LACROIX.

His eyes scan the woman from head to toe, and yet he always leads back to the face. She carried the hardened gaze of an assassin - of which he knew several; after all, the Holy Grail War was an interesting beast - and yet, he cannot truly say she has a heart of steel. As a leader of men, Rider knows well the struggles of man, and this woman seems to mix ruthless efficiency with something far more... grounded. As to what, he is uncertain, but he is nothing if not a patient man.

He would learn this person’s troubles, and guide her in the need arose. Such was the duty of the king, after all; without his subjects, a king is merely a man with a crown and a delusion. Of course, he couldn’t simply approach her and ask her to vent her problems to her; he required some sort of ice breaker first. Tapping on the device in his hand, he gestures to the woman; he supposed he could kill two birds with one stone.

“Ah, miss! Tell me, what is this ‘credit card’ that this device is attempting to force me to input the info for? I wish to make a purchase on my phone for a personal interest of mine, but it will not let me without this information.”
