As the city remained engulfed in the chaos it has become entranced by, there was but one interesting sight - a chariot, whizzing past various bystanders, before coming to an abrupt stop in the middle of the road. The large man standing atop the chariot was not an unfamiliar one to the city; he had been here roughly a month or two by now, and had, as such, become more privy to certain things - such as the internet. Browsing this fantastic creation of man, Rider found one thing that interested him and had him amused by the very existence - Vines.
As such, Rider felt it pertinent to ‘do it for the vine’, as he had seen somewhere in his internet travels. Which brought him here today, to make a rather... unusual proclamation.
