Hello!! I was just wondering, how do you get that VHS-y effect on your art? ITS SO SWAG :)
i've actually already answered it, but anyway i use ntscQT to play with settings and get this effect
"Hii!! I love your art!!" *trips and drops my bag, which several printed and stolen drawings of yours fall out* "T- these aren't mine!!! I- I was holding onto them for a friend!!" I say as I scurryingly shove them back into my bag and runs off with a paper or two flying out.
