Cornfields and swamps have nothing on abandoned farmsteads hidden in groves of 50+ years of unchecked tree growth in terms of creep factor. Abandoned homes, sheds and barns that may have a random shrub growing through a roof hole and random now-unidentifiable rusted equipment hidden in the undergrowth

my family owns a giant barn full of mysterious rusted machinery somewhere in the middle of Indiana and my siblings and I had a grand old time romping around in there climbing on stuff when I was growing up.

it was a lot of fun but it’s a good thing we’d all had tetanus shots.

My condolences about your lizard, losing a pet is always rough. As for spending suggestions - why don't you visit someplace like Turpentine Creek and Eureka Springs? It'll gets you out and about which I've personally found as a good treatment for depression.

I'm hoping Uk'otoa does something ridiculous and desperate to punish Fjord and get the remaining spheres - like raise Avantika from the dead

my moneys on vandren getting dragged back into it somehow. 

dont get me wrong it would be very Sexy of uk’otoa (uk’otoa) to reprise that character but i dont think itd be as much of an Attack on fjord as it would be to make vandren either someone that fjord has to save or possibly even fight against. 

i have my doubts at the moment that vandren is gonna be able to stay retired
