Someone please distribute Wild Zero 2!
All I want for the movie industry is there to be a Wild Zero 2 movie. I love Wild Zero, it is my favorite movie of all time but there is no distributor willing to work with the Wild Zero 2 project.
I love the band Guitar Wolf as well as Guitar Wolf (Seiji), the singer and guitarist who was in the first movie with his bandmates from the 2000s. Their music is so crazy and loud it's unlike any other band. i think if they were to make a sequel we could also get more music!
This movie truly has it all, a silly ass main guy, honest queer representation, a beloved neurodivergent character, a married couple who are broke as hell, zombies, aliens, a morally skeptical girlboss, and the band Guitar Wolf who seek justice in a corrupt world!
You may want to turn off your brain, but you need to feel with your heart!
It also has a dedicated drinking game, if you can count the amount of explosions, fires, exploding heads, beers, and "ROCK AND ROLL"s, but I wouldn't recommend trying it. Unless you are Seiji himself or you take shots of apple juice, you will die.
This movie encapsulates the deepest parts of who I am (I will go further into detail further down), and it is what I show the people closest to me. When I was depressed in high school, I thought of Guitar Wolf shouting at me to never give up. I made it far enough to see last year, when I showed a guy this movie and now we're boyfriends. This movie has improved my life. I guarantee you, if it doesn't speak to you the first time, it WILL hit the second like it did for me.

I saw myself in Ace as a young and stupid fan of Guitar Wolf. I also saw myself in the Guitar Wolf band members, for being cool as shit and an avid supporter of queer rights.
Finally, I saw myself in Tobio as a trans person facing uncertainty from the way people have treated us.
I want to see Guitar Wolf succeed, they have genuinely changed my life and outlook of the world for the better.
