Wild Adapter & Saiyuki Licensing Request
... I haven’t written here in forever, but this is for a very good cause so here it goes.
So, as some of you know, TokyoPop used to have the licensing rights for Kazuya Minekura’s Wild Adapter and Saiyuki. All was well and good until TokyoPop closed and our lovely English translations ran dry. With WA’s Volume 7 coming out in Japan, and the Saiyuki manga, too, carrying on, I thought it was about time to ask other publishers if they were looking for new manga to license.
Long story short, I got a reply from Seven Seas Entertainment (see their licensed stuff here) and they currently have a survey going on asking people to tell them what manga we’d like to see licensed and translated to English.
So that’s where this post comes in: I assume, the more people request something, the more chances we got. So, please, everyone, go to the survey right here and ask for Wild Adapter and Saiyuki to be licensed! Spread the word like crazy, too!
The names will be added to a list/tally, and, again, I’m assuming, the more people want it, the more chances we have! And I know a lot of you want it, so... Jumbi wa ii ka, yarou-domo? Lets try to make this happen?
