🌈 ― Aesthetically pleasing blog.

I gotta give it to @wildbolt on this one - their aesthetic is so nice, something about the lightened colors feels very comforting and very pleasant to look at. Plus, their blog just gives me all of the nostalgic feels. Hope to write with them in the future.

⭐️ ― Convincing portrayal of a canon character.

Going for another pretty new mutual here - @gxtchas I think does a great job of capturing that S1/S2/Early S3 innocence and cheerfulness that Judai has to him - I've seen them on the dash and he's just such a goofball and so endearing and cute. Plus, their ship with @omorrow (A fantastic Asuka themselves!) is adorable.

💻 ― Excellent writing.

@roninsae - I love their idea for a different take on Sae and I think our current thread together is a lot of fun and very intriguing.

I see @sylviareviar on the dash these days, thriving in the Yu-Gi-Oh! fandom - couldn't be happier for them, Sylvia's a sweet girl who'd do anything for her friends.

🏆 ― 10/10 blog, would recommend.

@pompedia - Absolutely, Pom's just about one of the sweetest muns I know and it always gives me the biggest smile when I see them on dash. Truly someone I gotta talk to more. I think the world of Pom and think they're a quality blog.

               "well,  who's  this?!"  daisy  asked,  looking  down  at  the  little  yellow  creature  by  the boy's  feet.  "they're  so  cute!"

               daisy  had  been  out  for  her  morning  walk  when  she  ran  into  a  boy  and  his  friend.  they  seemed  very  sweet,  so  she  stopped  to  say  hello.

               "my  name  is  daisy!  i  live  over  in  sarasaland.  where  are  you  from?"

displeased grumblings escape the man as he wanders about, brown eyes scouting the area for someone in particular. seriously, how hard was it to find a bulky man wearing an ugly, floral shirt within the crowd? red should have stuck out like a sore thumb, and yet here blue was, having not seen a single sign of him. 

he groans. "i swear to arceus, i'm going to put a damn tracking device on him-" he's cut off when he hears a young boy's voice, causing him to whip around and the sight in front of him was... truly baffling. it was as if he were transported 10 years ago, back to when both he and red both started their journeys in pallet town... bright-eyed, innocent, and downright stupid like 10 year olds were back then.

"well, isn't that something? it's no problem, kid! you know, you remind me of my friend too..." he trails off, sporting his typical cheeky grin. "the name's blue. maybe you and i can help each other out. have you seen a big guy, about... 5'8, wears a red 'n white cap, he's got on a lame floral shirt and doesn't know how to smile to save his life?"

For what little time the blue hedgehog has been around Victini, the little guy's presence hasn't been one of peculiar sorts .  Fun and quite cute, sure, but not too strange when compared to say, any overly bright power chao .  Sonic often chuckles to how much the wings for tails remind him of his own little brother .  But it's the thought that counts, and the generous gestures of the winged friend that ignites years-old memories from the depths of fatigued mind . 

He stares at the treat in his hand with a slight knit of his eyebrows ;  it hurts to remember, a dull headache beginning to throb &  a painful tug at the strings of his heart, always heavy, always missing someone, always missing something .  Sharing food &  traveling for hours, the sharp noise of a vintage camera always at work .  A lifelong friend by his side who's only been around for a bit, but somehow Sonic's felt like he's always known and loved Chip, and will continue to do so, even if distortion threatens to wipe those good times away . 

The pictures often help, making sure his friend's face will always be in his mind even after taking the toll of recent adventures, of giving those precious pieces of himself away for the sake of saving the people he loved .  But it's instances like this that make him rethink ;  it might hurt to remember, but it's unbearable to think that one day he might simply forget .  He tosses the macaroon into his mouth, smiling upon the overload of sweetness and gratefulness for the pokemen, the little guy will most likely never understand, but Sonic has many reasons to thank him .

“ Thanks bud, hey, how 'bout we visit my friend, she makes some of the best sweets you'll taste in your life ! ”

charizard is just— gonna plop next to the hoard of dragons. it may not be of their own type, but he deserves to be amongst them. he did defeat a legendary, after all! bragging rights. / from the beeg lard himself 💙

None of the hoard seem to mind too much, though the lizard does get a few looks from the dragons before they resettle. Noodle in particular lifts his head to get a better look after a moment, one wing nudging the lounging dragonair aside.

The sun's better on this side.

They don’t know when Ash showed up.

It’s — stupid. It’s really stupid. They had been out and about, and they were trying so hard to not need to rely on their cane — it’s been a while since they tried! — but they could barely take a dozen steps. People were staring because of how slow they were going. Someone tried to offer to help and Ree doesn’t remember what they said, only that they got mad.

And now they’re here, on the beach, their ankle weak, and Ash is here. Ree sniffles, wiping at their face.

“I’m fine,” they bite, though they know that Ash won’t believe that at all, “what do you care? Don’t feel sorry for me. Everybody feels sorry for me bein’ like this and I fucking hate that.”
