i’m not as extensively knowledgeable abt balearic beat as i am abt other dance genres but “Sueno Latino (Synthesis Mix 2)” by Sueno Latino is rly an a-tier all-timer

“just like honey” by the jesus and mary chain clocking in at #1 for my all-time most listened to song. not only an undeniable banger but also i probably ought to have thanked psychocandy in my thesis acknowledgments for the amount it played on repeat

i don’t know if its necessarily yr taste musically but, “I’ve Been to a Marvellous Party” by the Divine Comedy (a cover of the Noël Coward original). i think its very suiting today’s shenanigans AND i also think it has the energy of what partying in paris with brassaï & co. would feel like, spiritually
