Plot Summary:
Wildfire tells Lamprey, Nightwind, and Crystal Kid the story of how he became Wildfire. He was a dopey student who caused an accident that turned him into pure energy. Professor Vultan saves him by putting him into the ERG suit, and after some training from Vultan and his daughter, Zera, WF takes off to find himself. He tries to reunite with his girlfriend, Kerri Wong, but she runs away from him, causing an accident that puts her in a coma. Then, WF tries to join the Legion, Manna-5, Molecular Master, etc. After gaining Legion membership, WF tried to reconnect with Zera. She tries to kill him as revenge for her father's sacrificing himself for WF, but WF convinces her not to. They never speak again, and WF tries one more time to reconnect with a recovered Kerri, but discovers she's with someone else now, and doesn't reveal his true identity.
