Planning the wild flower part of the garden and how to keep the chickens off it till it’s gotten going! . . It might take some mess covering just to keep them off till it all goes wild .. and I can hardly wait - I have some seeds already .. but I ll be buying a wild flower mix too .. I have a place at the top of the garden where the chickens lived ( and pooped ) that I think would be prefect once I throw down a little compost and seeds .. that old chicken pooh will feed the flowers and save me a job all spring and summer long .. . * bringing all the bees to my Yard!* . So hopefully they then pollinate all my growing food 🙌. . A bee hive was in the plans but it ll have to wait - budget says other things first .. but one day .. . . Anyone can have a little bit of a wild area - even if it’s a pot .. Mia has a butterfly mix in a pot that was around £1.99 from @homebargains and she loved it .. and it did better than any other flowers we had going! .. . If you are interested I m making wild flower seed paper . You put the paper in soil and up come the flowers ! Easy x DM me .
