This is the only place in America where people can watch Pacific Harbor Seals give birth and raise their pups. But local groups have fought for decades to get rid of the seals. On June 13th there will be a Coastal Commission Hearing that will determine the fate of the seal colony for the next 10 years. Produced and directed by Toby Gad
