Most people would’ve missed her. But I didn’t.

She found shade under a reefer van. Her two babies were curled up beside the cabin. Not scared. Just still.

That’s trust. That’s instinct.

Even wild things know where to rest.

Most people would miss it — But there she was… A wild deer tucked under a reefer van, Like she belonged there.

She didn’t run. She didn’t flinch. She just watched.

Because even in a world of engines, gravel, noise, and steel — nature still finds a way to rest.

And just off to the left, hidden in the trees beside the cabin, her two fawns — twin babies — were curled up sleeping. Not afraid. Just trusting.

Some hide for safety. Others hide to think. Sometimes it’s not fear… it’s instinct. And the smartest ones know where the calm is.
