Something I plan on learning: Destroying my feelings so nothing can hurt me :)))) and cooking some sick meals.  A piece of advice for my followers:   When you’re sad, like, devastating sad, go outside and look at nature and feel the air blowing, it will probably render you dead inside because you will still think of the thing that made you sad, but you will also see how beautiful everything is.
