Hi, I've read the post from DashCon titled 'clarifications and back-up plans', and I was just wondering about your opinion - those who missed out on WTNV were offered, from what I can tell, and extra hour in the ball pit, a raffle entry, and first-come-first-serve into a concert. Out of the three, only one (the ball pit) actually guarantees the attendees getting anything. Wouldn't a proper refund have been much better? Also, TimeCrash is a Doctor Who based band, which WTNV fans might not enjoy.

I do agree with that last bit, not everyone is a fan of Doctor Who (even if I don't understand how that could be).

A lot of people feel like a monetary refund instead of compensation would have been better. And you know what? I'm not going to tell them that they're wrong. It was their money and they ended up with something other than what they paid for. It wasn't DashCon's fault, but it did happen. If I had been in that position, I definitely would have been disappointed and upset, so I'm not going to say that they're wrong to feel that way.

Oh no!!! Were you planning to see it? 

I live in the southern U.S. so I’ve never seen it (except bootlegged on YouTube), so I’m really sorry if you lost an opportunity to see it! It’s incredible with kind of crappy quality on the internet-I can’t imagine how awesome it would be to see it in person. I hope you still get to one day!
