Honestly, I’m not well-versed enough in the Borderlands fandom to know what popular or unpopular opinions are. Tales from the Borderlands is really my first experience with the Borderlands universe outside of about an hour of play on the first game when it first came out, so I’m still trying to catch up with all the lore and characters so that I can form my own opinions. XD
So kind of an unpopular opinion in general, I guess? I’m not big on shipping/smut. It’s cool if the characters have good chemistry and it develops naturally, but I generally prefer exploring other types of relationships than just profoundly sexual ones. I don’t really get the appeal.
♚ A list of their past muses.
Oh god ok you asked for it.
gotkindaaggro - Nick Randall from TWDG
theystrayedfromtheflock - William Carver from TWDG
thefolksyoucareabout - Kenny from TWDG
versatilityisnotoverrated - Jane from TWDG
withmyback - Riza Hawkeye from Fullmetal Alchemist (semi-active)
thevoracioussin - Gluttony from FMA (one day I’ll eventually set him up)
Plus a metric frick-ton of OCs, though most of them were on forum-based RPGs that are no longer active.
∞ Tell us something about their life outside roleplay.
I’ve been injured in pretty much every way you could think of in horse-related injuries. From biting to kicking to being landed on to having one flip over on me to being launched into a fence to being trampled to being concussed via smacked-in-the-head-by-a-concrete-slab.
Once, I was told by a doctor that my legs were, and I quote, “crunchy”. To this day I still don’t know what the medical definition of ‘crunchy’ is, because when they x-rayed me, I had no broken bones.
I can also fall down a flight of stairs and crash into a dryer without spilling a single drop of tea. I blame that on my mystical Canadian powers.
❅ Another muse they’d like to play.
I think Krieg would be really interesting to play, but there are 247 really, really good interpretations of him already, so I’m content to stick with interacting with them for now. :D
I haven’t seen any Felix blogs yet, though, and I think that’d be pretty wicked too.
