Need some advice from those of you who struggle with anxiety

Behind a cut, and only temporarily posted, because it's kind of embarrassing. 

I've been trying to pass the driving test since the early Spring. The first time, the dude failed me for the stupidest reasons imaginable. Basically, he said that instead of stopping BEFORE the stop sign, I stopped AT it. Not after, mind you, but at. So he failed me. He was also a jerk about it.

It freaked me out. 

I've gone to take that test 2 more times, and each time, my anxiety has goten worse. This last time I panicked so hard when something went wrong, I couldn't figure out why I couldn't start the car. (It was already in Drive gear.) I've known for years that I suffer from both math anxiety and test anxiety, and it's been getting triggered big time by these failures.

I don't know what to do. If I go to my doctor, I'm guessing they won't be able do much other than refer me to a psychiatrist -- and I don't need that, really. My anxiety rarely affects my daily life, but every so often it gives me a bitch of a time with something that OUGHT to be simple.
