New Britney Single in the Works... Bitch

Oops she did it again. Pop sensation Britney Spears once again looks to EDM to aid in the revival of her image as an artist. Britney recently uploaded a picture via Instagram of the lyric sheet to her new single titled, “Work Bitch,” set to be premiered on Monday. Although the lyrics were blurred out, the collaborators were left at the top of the page for the world to see. These include, former Swedish House Mafia member, Sebastian Ingrosso, Will.i.am, and Otto Knows.
This move seems strikingly familiar to the single Britney released in 2011 titled, “Hold It Against Me,” produced by dubstep superstar Rusko. For the most part, “Hold It Against Me,” won the public opinion, however it clearly was high on production and low on flavor.
It is interesting to see where this one will land on the charts, and undoubtedly foreshadows the future of the pop music genre.
