we finished our vtm chronicle tonight!!! it was the first time i think any of us at my table have completed a ttrpg story, and the first time I gm'ed one that wasnt a game my gf wrote! everyone said im a natural game runner and that i did a great job :')

i had this idea ages ago about what the vtm politics might look like in a small town, since so much of the game is focused on large cities but ive never lived in a major city. So we set our game in rural Nebraska and fleshed out from there, ending up with a more personal horror story about the past catching up to you and protecting your peace

my players all made such rich, amazing characters. it was the first time any of us played more than a one shot of vtm and together we deciphered the rulebook (what a nightmare) and had such a blast. i cant wait for our next game
