Leaves and Snow by Jen Coulombe Via Flickr: It may have been rainy and cool in the Valley, but in the mountains it was cold and snowy. Here at Willey Brook there was about an inch on the ground with brisk wind. The fresh snow on the ground and mountain contrasted excellently with the fall foliage that was still hanging on.
