I feel like im ready to open up a lil about Sasha and William :) and their roles in .wav

Both, for a vast majority of the overall plot, are involved with WOMP. Whether that’s as agents, or as kin to agents. Both are running from something, unwilling to fully commit themselves to WOMP, and struggle with their own identity. They see this in each other and strike up an easy camaraderie. How couldn’t they? There weren’t many kids their age around the building after Gadget retired.

I have a better idea of their respective skintones/haircolor but clothing color is a diff story so that isn’t rly permanent. Just playing around w colors for now

William continues to be a silly billy cuz I haven’t done doodles revealing his “true” personality much (he’s an intelligent loser, hermit who scams people on Roblox) but ofc he still loves his siblings. He’s semi involved in M.A.D. plots once he’s introduced into the story but more as a complacent informant and less of a field agent

Talon resents him for reasons… as well as like… everyone else tbh

Also I’m considering changing Flipper’s name to F-1N cuz it’s cooler and still fits the fish thing

The Magnificant Seven in September 1914

Brave men and women from my new book

Rare photo of the Americans who persuaded their countrymen to go to war for France 954 days before their country did.

Seven American volunteers photographed in September 1914 in Toulouse in France a month after they had joined the French Foreign Legion and a few weeks before they were sent to the front. It was an amazing lot that only a war can bring together. I think I have identified them: (standing) Georges Casmeze, a businessman who took the initiative to summon the American volunteers when France went to war; Charles Sweeny, a soldier-of-fortune and later friend of Hemingway; Jack Casey, a talented artist from San Francisco, who did some wonderful sketches of his comrades in the trenches; Bert Hall, a talkative adventurer of many trades; (sitting) James Stewart Carstairs, a rich artist and art collector who committed suicide; William Thaw, son of one of America’s richest families and finally James Bach, a mechanical engineer who in 1915 with Hall and Thaw joined the famous Escadrille Lafayette.

The seven men in the photo belonged to a group of 44 American volunteers, who joined the Foreign Legion in Paris in August 1914. After years of research, I know the personal history of each of these men, and in my new book “Fighting for The French Foreign Legion”, I try to tell how every one of them gave a valuable contribution to modern history, and strengthened relations between France and America.

But anyway, William!!! Yay! Here’s there! Do u see him? He’s certainly there!

Also OC introduction, Flipper… they uh got a fish motif and critical brainrot… yeah

And of course Talon and his stupid fucking haircut I hate him sm (he’s literally my favorite)

Williams design from his og incarnation varies slightly different (if I did an actual character sheet instead of sketches you’d see more differences but yeah)

They are all step-siblings and share the same papa (he’s dead but it doesn’t matter) they are all biologically related to claw (yay fun)

I wanna give more background info and relationship stuff but like spoilers or whatever but I’m still willing to answer questions

Just know William is full of love and joy, Flipper is similar but more… unique with their affections

Talon despises them both (not really but he’s doesn’t have any experience with positive familial relationships (from what he remembers) and so he doesn’t know how to handle love; he also has a severe case middle kid syndrome lol

obvi gross exaggeration of like his actual experience and the characters in general but whatever. If you have questions don’t hesitate to ask! I’ve been wanting to test out the question feature anyway

My exams are over and I’m ready to go home so hopefully that means more actual drawings

Brave men and women from my new book

William Thaw, son of a multi-millionaire dropped out of school and joined the French Foreign Legion

On 4 September 1914, the 21-year-old Yale dropout William Thaw from Pittsburgh joined the French Foreign Legion to fight the Germans.  William was son of the famous millionaire Benjamin Thaw, who the year before had bought an airplane for his son. As a pilot young Thaw wanted to fly for France but with bad sight and bad hearing plus a stiff knee the French Air Force didn’t want him. But William was determined to fight for France and joined instead the Foreign Legion and gave his airplane to the French for free. In 1914 French recruits were paid one sou a day which was five centimes and ridiculously little. But that didn’t bother the millionaire’s son: “I don’t see why people complain about the high cost of living when they can go to the front and die on a cent a day”.
